• Design

Every project starts with a design, whether it's designed by our in-house Graphic Designer or provided by the client.

  • Prep for Print

Once artwork is approved by the client, it is then fitted into a digital art-board the width of the printing medium. Cut-lines and machine-specific "Spot Colors" are added for the Printer and Cutter to read.

  • Printing

The art-board is then loaded into a RIP (Raster Image Processing) software, which reads the cut-lines, spot colors, and crop marks. Once finished printing, it is then cut off from the printer and onto a roll.

  • Lamination

After being cut-off the printer, the vinyl dries for 12-24hrs to allow ink to dry out. Once dry, the print is ran through a laminator to adhere a protective film over the print.

  • Cutting/Plotting

After laminating, any excess laminate is cut off from the edges. The print is then loaded into a plotter, which reads the crop marks and cut-lines from the RIP software.

  • Prep For Shipping

The final sheet or roll is then received by our team to either sort, hand-cut into individual parts, add a transfer backing, and/or remove any non-essential vinyl.
